Refund policy

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY – NATURAL WALKERS

If you haven't chosen the right size or style, don't worry. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

1. HOW TO EXCHANGE A SIZE? To simplify the process and ensure you get the desired stock, we do not make direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, the procedure is as follows:

  1. Request a return of your current pair.

  2. Make a new purchase of the correct model in our online store (this ensures it won't sell out while your return is being processed).

2. RETURN COST The return handling fee is €7.00. We will provide you with a shipping label (InPost) so you can drop off the package at your nearest InPost location. When processing your refund, we will deduct this €7.00 from the total amount to be refunded.

3. MANDATORY CONDITIONS To accept the return, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • The footwear must be new, without any signs of use (always try them on indoors on a clean surface).

  • It must retain its original box in perfect condition.
