SHIPPING POLICY – NATURAL WALKERS
At Natural Walkers, we want you to receive your barefoot footwear as quickly as possible and with a full guarantee. Below, we detail our delivery methods and preparation times.
1. ORDER MANAGEMENT AND PREPARATION All orders are prepared from our physical store in Lleida.

Preparation timeframe: Due to work-life balance, weather conditions, holidays, or personal reasons, we reserve the right to allow an additional 1 additional day for the delivery or collection of the package from the shipping agency. In case of a major unforeseen event, we will contact you personally.
2. NATIONAL AND PORTUGAL SHIPPING (HOME) We manage our home deliveries with CTT Express to guarantee speed and reliability:

Peninsular Spain: €5.95 (VAT included).

Peninsular Portugal: €5.95 (VAT included).

Delivery time: 24 - 48 business hours (once the package is picked up from our store).

Delivery management: In case of absence, the carrier will arrange a second attempt or delivery to a nearby convenient point.
3. DELIVERIES TO PUNTO PACK OR LOCKER (INPOST) Ideal for collecting your order with complete flexibility at convenient locations or smart lockers:
Spain (Punto Pack/Locker): €4.90 (VAT included). Delivery time: 3 to 4 business days (after preparation). Collection: You have 7 calendar days to collect your package. If it is not collected within this time, the package will be returned to our store and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
International InPost Shipments (Europe) Collection at authorized points. Prices with VAT included:

Portugal (Pack Point): €8.50 (3-4 days).

Europe 1 (France, Belgium, Luxembourg): €10.90 (3-5 days).

Europe 2 (Germany, Austria, Netherlands): €12.50 (3-6 days).

Europe 3 (Italy): €13.50 (3-6 days).
4. FREE IN-STORE PICKUP (LLEIDA) If you're in Lleida or the surrounding area, shop online conveniently and pick up your order with no shipping costs.

How it works: Make your purchase and payment on the website and select the shipping method "In-store pickup".

Notice of Collection: Please wait to receive the email with the subject "Your order is ready for collection" before coming to the store.

Documentation: To collect your order, you will need to present the order number and the name of the person who made the purchase.
