How to choose the ideal size?

We've prepared a guide to make measuring your feet or your little one's feet a piece of cake.
👉 See here how to measure your foot.

Can I wash my shoes in the washing machine?

No, the washing machine is forbidden! Never put your shoes in the washing machine or use a dryer. The heat and excess water damage the glues, stiffen the leather, and deform the technical materials.

How should I clean my shoes depending on their material?

Depending on the material of your model, follow these steps:

  • Smooth Leather: Clean with a damp cloth. Moisturize with colorless cream or natural balm occasionally to maintain suppleness.
  • Suede: Always dry clean with a soft-bristled brush. Do not use liquids.
  • Canvas: Gently rub with a brush, cold water, and neutral soap.

What should I do if they get wet?

Opt for natural drying: let them air dry. Avoid direct sunlight and radiators, as extreme heat cracks the leather and peels the soles.

Tip: Stuff newspaper inside to absorb moisture faster.

What daily maintenance do you recommend?

To extend the life of your footwear, we recommend:

  • Ventilation: Alternate your shoes and let them "breathe" for 24 hours between uses.
  • Insoles: If they are removable, take them out at night to eliminate moisture.
  • Soles: Keep the soles free of embedded stones to maintain flexibility and grip.
